MIDDLE SCHOOL SUCCESS NETWORK
We work to increase the percentage of middle school students who are on-track and prepare them for a strong transition to high school.
Students Receive
Coaching & Professional Assistance
Weekly coaching sessions help school leaders use data tools to track progress, design interventions, and monitor outcomes—anchored in PAI’s 12 Key Practices for middle school success.
Professional Development
Teacher teams receive tailored professional development sessions on teaming strategies, data-informed decision making, and evidence-based interventions that boost engagement.
Community of Practice
Middle school leaders meet regularly to exchange insights, problem-solve shared challenges, and strengthen school-wide approaches to student achievement.
This program focuses on the critical 6–8th grades, years when students are most at risk of disengaging from school.
Equips school leaders with tools to track student progress, plan interventions, and monitor success through weekly coaching aligned with PAI’s 12 Key Practices.
The Middle School Success Network provides opportunities for school teams to come together to share best practices and lessons learned with other network schools.
